The new housing for Polytechnic students overlooks corso Peschiera in Turin, inside the urban complex of Polytechnic that has been developing during the last decade. The 3-storey building hosts 104 beds, organized in single and double rooms; there are also two-room apartments, some of which are designed for disabled guests. Within the housing guests can find common kitchens, leisure rooms, reception desk, newspaper library, TV room, conference room, study room, gym, laundry room, covered bicycle park, outdoor leisure spaces. The building has a special feature – there’s a 5-a-side soccer pitch on the top floor, with adjacent changing rooms.
