This project is part of a wider urban renovation programme for a suburban area; it is composed by a hypermarket, a two-storey semi-underground car park and various urban works such as streets and public green areas.From via Botticelli passers-by can see the hypermarket only, whereas at the back of the building the different ground level allows direct access to the lowest floor of the car park. Here at this level the delivery bays are also located. The foundations of the commercial building are cast on site, the main structures are prefabricated; opaque and metallic mesh panels create dynamic effects in the cladding.

The commercial building is single-storey, on top of it there’s a metal clad small space, serving the hypermarket and easily distinguished from the main architectural body.
